(user photo) (user photo) thats black mold that i breathe in everyday (user photo) i put a work order on this Nov. 08, so i had to fix myself. at least cause im not maintaince (user photo) I`m consistently cleaning my tub, I`ve put work orders in, nothing done, this is the results. I don`t take baths anymore SAD

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
our water heater has busted 4 times in 3 months! last time no maintance was on call! so the apt below (us not to mention ours) was flooded it no one to call!!!
