Good' PRG has taken this place into hell From: NotDominy Date posted: 12/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I have been here since 2000, two years longer than I should have. I am moving out this month. It was a great place when TCR managed it, work got done, the staff was pleasent. Now with PRG owning and managing this place it has gone to hell, sure they put money into the place, not the apartments, just the exterior. Trying to get maintenance done is like pulling teeth. I gave up asking for my stove to work. been 8 months. the front office people are idiots, they look at you like your from outer space..DUH-uhhhhhhhh. I met the regional manager once, think his name was Bob, what a jerk, how can any one smile when they lie. Lot of car break in recently, been 2 fires since I have lived here, pools never clean, well except for the office one, gotta keep that one nice for prospects ya know... I could go on and on, but you need to see for yourselves...just make sure you drive around on the weekends to really see how the place is!!
