Here is a list of negatives:
1. Maintenance never gets performed promptly: had a broken stove for months.
2. Move in conditions are not great: bad painting, badly stained carpet, generally dirty
3. Unsure about safety: maybe if locks on doors were better and not loose, or maybe if they had security like they said they did when we moved in, poorly lit neighborhood
4. Moving out without losing over $1000 is impossible since it requires sixty day written notice and an extra two month penalty payment if you need to leave before lease is up.
5. Watch your car: keying seems to be very popular and one morning i found footprints all over my car
6. Amenities like pools never open and workout equipment mostly broken or damaged.
7. Walls are paper thin, depending on your neighbors, noise can be a problem.
