Take it or leave it From: kianhu Date posted: 7/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I just moved from Willow Ridge Apts. The things that bothered me are: lots of teens hanging around outside in parking lot, dumpsters always seemed to be overfilled, one of small pools had algae in it for a long time, my breezeway would sometimes have pieces of wood falling out, trash around the community (they tried to keep it clean, i think it was mainly messy tenants). They lost my rent check once but not the water check, that was in the same envelope (go figure). Parking seemed to be problem. I only have one car but had a problem finding a spot after midnight. My car got beat up quite a bit living there. I did like my apt though. Had a few problems with air conditioning but they fixed it. Police seemed to be alot also. I am not sure if I would recommend it. The grounds were landscaped very nicely.
