I just renewed my lease. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I just signed another year lease for my apartment for the following reasons: 1. The service has been exceptional. I lived in 3 different apartment communities prior to Willow Ridge and the service was nothing like it is here. I am spoiled! 2. Management is friendly and professional. They know me by name and respect my requests. 3. Floorplan of apartment. REALLY nice apartment for the money. I keep waiting on the rent to skyrocket but it has remained reasonable, even at renewal. 4. My neighbors have become friends. We all respect each other. It's quiet. Good luck in your search. Take a look at Willow Ridge. You will like it here. See you around!
