To start with, I came from Texas a month before my job relocated me here. Paid money out of my own pocket just to come and have everything ready by when I come with my two girls. Paid the deposit, got electric connected, everything in my part was good to go a month before move in day. My move in day was on a saturday, on Friday the apartments call me to tell me that the apartment is not ready that they need to change the carpet, they would deduct $100 off the rent. I had to make unexpected expences such as Hotel (mind you that I had to come with my mother and two children) and take out food, it sure was more than $100. On monday I call to see what time can I go move in and they tell me that is still not ready, I got very upset and asked to speak to the manager and she said that it was ready, on monday during lunch I went and got my mom and children out of the hotel to move in the apartment. When we moved in, the apartment smelled like humid, the cabinet doors where swollen and there was mold in the kitchen and baths, the stove was spray painted on top and the burners where loose, the drawrs didn't open or closed right and the sliding closet doors where derailed out of place. The fridge had rust and was drity and very smelly, they didn't clean the apartment and the smell of humidity was just awfaw. Yeah the carpet was new but everything else sucks! When I reported all that was wrong the same lady that told me that the apartment will be ready on tues said, "we told you that the apartment was not ready". Mold was taken care of but fridge was replaced after two months move in. Cars are vandalized, when disturbances are reported, they are ignored, maintanance does not complete jobs, and if they do,they do it wrong with poor quality.
