Awful! Roaches! Beware! From: jerseytransplant Date posted: 11/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I recently moved here from New Jersey and was really looking forward to the nice apartment we had seen in the model...well, like everyone else, I was mistaken. The area around the apartment and the back porch are disgusting and dirty...bottle caps everywhere, candy wrappers, papers. I'm sure it mostly has to do with the kids in the area. But the inside was so depressing! And I HAVE ROACHES!!!!! And have had them since we moved in. This absolutely disgusts me. I came from apartments that were built in the 50's and much better maintained. The popcorn ceilings are gross and only there to cover up all the stains and mildew. Office staff is rude once you have moved in and they've got you locked. My only consolation is that I only need to be here for 6 months and will then be moving to a house. I am ebarassed to have anyone visit and feel ashamed that I've brought my little kids to live here. It's like living in the ghetto. The stove is old and painted on and completely crooked. The cabinets are warped probably from having to spray for bugs so much. The fire extinguisher in the breezeway has been missing since we moved in.
