The worst place I have ever lived! From: unsatisfied117 Date posted: 2/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived here for two years, but not by choice, I knew that as soon as I moved in, it was a mistake. The people in the office were getting fired for stealing deposit money, My apartment was so dirty when I came to move in, it looked like the last people had just moved out the day before and conviently they lost my apartment checklist of the things that were wrong with the apartment when I moved in. The office staff has changed at least 4 or 5 times in the two years that I have been here. I found mold growing in my apartment and all they did was clean it off the walls and spray kills on it, which doesn't take care of it, it just contains it. They also did this while I was at work and my dog was inside the apt. they left all of the windows closed. When I came home, the smell was so bad, that I had to take my daughter and my dog to the neighbors house, until the apartment was aired out and when I called the office to tell them what happened they acted like they didn't care. My daughter became sick the next day and I called the office to ask them what chemicals were used to clean the mold, b/c she was sick and they wouldn't tell me. They said that they were not reqiured to say. Something sounds fishy....Anyway, let's see the complex is trashy, not safe, cops are there all of the time, homicide last year in the building across from mine, an apt. in my building was rented to a convicted sex offender and they never told us, which he also got caught doing some very nasty things on the balcony, dealing drugs, fights, pool is very nasty definitely would not let me kids swim in there. They totally fed me a bunch of BS on the apartment, did not even compare to what they said it would be and what it actually was. I was in the process of buying a house and they wouldn't let me out of my lease and then my job got transfered recently to Atlanta and I will be moving 1 month before my lease is up, do you think they are going to let me out, Hell No, I have to pay for a whole month that I won't even be there. This place is so crappy I have told everyone that I know to never rent from there. You shouldn't either. For the price you could live someplace so much better. I know that it is hard to decide who to believe, but look at the rating and all of the reveiws are a no except one from along time ago. PLEASE take heed and do some major research before ever even thinking about renting here! Just don't do it.
