I don't see where the negative fuss is coming from From: walkerjdjd Date posted: 4/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved in here in February of last year b/c of the low price (at least for Charlotte) and the free washer and dryer. I' ve never had a problem with the office staff, with safety, or with break-ins. I renewed my lease a couple of months ago with no hesitation because it's a good apartment for the price. It's certainly no upscale Dilworth apartment, but if you're looking for a decent, clean (I've never had a rodent or roach problem) apartment, I recommend this one.
