I?ve been here awhile and seen a lot of changes. The apartment s are under the management of Trammel Crow now and things have changed so much for the better. If there are maintenance concerns more often than not they are addressed and fixed the same day; otherwise, they are fixed the next day. Emergency calls are returned very quickly. Washer and dryer in each unit! No more laundramats!!! The fitness center never seems crowded and there is an excellent assortment of weights, stair climbers, and treadmills. 4 pools in the complex, 2 tennis courts (one lighted), and a jacuzzi make it a great place for active people. Close to highways 51 and 485, and near Carolina Place Mall and Carolina Pavillion. It?s a fantastic place to live.
