These apartments are NOT well kept. They have lazy, inconsiderate maintenance workers as well as management. I lived there for a year and absolutely hated it. There was water damage in my apartment that went unattended for about 4 months. I had to threatent to call Action 9(news) before anyone even came to look at it. There was a series a break ins, we were not notified about it until after the news reported it. When it was reported on the news, Willow Ridge was acknowledged as the worst apartment community in the area. I was in shock, needless to say but I did not renew my lease.
