i signed a 12 month lease, and can't even make it that long. i'm about to break my lease after only 6 months. everyone is VERY nice IN THE BEGINNING, but after that, everything goes downhill. my window was broken and not fixed for 2 weeks, boyfriends car was broken into, pools are gross, loud mexican music at all times of the day, beer bottles and trash everywhere, air conditioner has leaked all over the carpet TWICE. these are just a few things off the top of my head. for your own good, DON"T MOVE IN!

Are you sure you got the right apartment community? I have never experianced any of these things. The grounds are always well taken care of no trash just lying around. As far as music at all hours I have never had a problem with this, I guess if I did and it was after 9pm I would call the police to help with the problem. I still don't see any of your problems with the exception of your broken window that warrent your negative feedback on the place we call home.
