I have lived here for about a year now. I do enjoy my home, it is a great one bedroom apartment. How can you beat the price? What about the full size washer and dryer that they provide at no additional cost? I can't tell how happy I am about that, I hated having to go to the laundry mats! One of my new years resolutions is to get in shape, and I can't wait to use the new equipment they have in the gym! Maint is okay, sometimes it takes a few days for them to come out and take care of my requests, but they do come out and fix it! Overall, I would say I am very pleased with Willow Ridge!

I keep reading these positive responses and they all say the same stupid stuff about the washer and dryer at no cost and the new fitness equipment. None of the real issues are being addressed. Are these positive reponses planted by management to get a higher rating? Just something to think about. I was there. I experienced how maintenance did not do their job. How the grounds were not picked up and trash left everywhere. I saw pools turning green. The manager would hide in her office so as to not have to deal with any of the complaints. Her leasing staff who were not trained to deal with such issues were left to mishandle residents. So, I say think, research, visit at night before you make your decision to move. Don't base your decision on a cute little tour to a cute little apartment set up with furniture, air freshner, and soft music. It is all cover up. View a vacant apartment if possible.
