Maintenance is Horrible

the maintenance does not respond to work orders in a reasonable time frame. I do not recomend anyone to live here, especially if you have children or are planning to have children. Even cops have said this is not a good place to raise children. Plus I have MOLD in my bathroom that in March I put a work order in for and they came and grouted over the mold and old grout and never let us know what time they were finished so the new grout never had time to set up so now it is peeling away to show the old grout and MOLD still there. It is some what noisy were my building is b/c it is on the side of I-485 right by the South Boulvard Exit ramp. We also have to deal with other people parking their cars in our small lot when they live 2 buildings down from us. Plus my car got spray painted right out side my bedroom windows.
