We moved in 7/24 - wish I had seen the review from 7/23 - it is true! We moved into the same grummy conditions and worse - roaches! The hot water was not on, the washer doesn't work, the pool has been closed by the Meck. Co. Health department. There is trash on the stairs and walkways. Old is one thing but grimmy and unsanitary is another.

They do have bud service every Wed. you have to get on the list - if you don't all the roaches will come to your house as they did ours!

come on...please..some people can't deal w/apartment living. My parents have a brand new $400,000 house with monthly pest control and still have bugs. It's the south. Give me a break man. I know some people just like to complain, but come on. I called the health dept yesterday after I read your review- said their pools would be closed 5 days b/c they needed updated signs.

No one cares where your parents live. Willow Ridge is disgusting! I have finally moved out of the hell hole (Thank God!!) The pool was always gross, oily, I don't even think they have a filter. The floors slope so bad, it's impossible to have your furniture look steady. The maintanence people don't speak English and enter your house whenever they feel like it. They come into your house when you are not there, and sometimes (in my case) when you are asleep in bed!!! The manager is a grade A -----. Police were there every other night...but for some reason it's about impossible to reach Willow Ridge's security officer. Like when my room mate's car was broken into. Please don't think that some people just like to complain about things. I wish I had nothing bad to say about Willow Ridge, but unfortuantely that's not the case. This is the way it is, and hopefully someone will read this review and rethink living here.

I am the original complainer on the note. We moved into a place that didn't have roaches. Moved after bugs bit my 10 moth old son while he was sleeping - I have lived in many apartments - in the south evern further south than this and never had roaches. It isn't acceptable. There is a management issue at this place.
