I've lived here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I wouldn't sign the lease renewal. It was all I could do to hang in there as long as I did. Not just the maintenance is poor quality, but some of the tenants are also. When you walk your dog, and find people have eaten on the porch and thrown bones and pork chops and such into the grass areas, that is enough. Tenants don't care. they pile their trash all around the dumpster, but never in. As for the community. The fitness room is a joke. Four broken machines at one time. There was a leak, they closed it for two weeks. The pool, they closed for about two weeks. Nothing is consistent. They don't take responsibility for anything. Neighbors up all hours of the night, outside drinking, partying. That is not what I want my child to see.
