There is no where else in Charlotte that offers as many "Extra Things" - On top of such low rent prices.

I found a few places with lower rent. However, these few places did not come with a washer and dryer inside the apartment and pay your water bill - both of which Willow Ridge does for you.

The office and maintenance staff have, since day one, rolled out the "Red Carpet" for me and my wife.

It is unfortunate that the only people who post anything on here are ones' who are upset about life. Don't let these few "Bad Apples" steer you away from an excellent place to live. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I wouldn't say we are "bad apples" - frankly that is offensive. If you have had a great experience with them, I'm glad your family wasn't impacted. Obvisiouly there are issues with other people. If I didn't have issues of gunmen as some of the others, or if I had not personally been living with roaches and other bugs bitting my 10 month old son, a broken washer, broken toilets on the grounds, wholes to the outside, 5 inches of mold in the air ducts and the pools being closed by the health department - I might think it was a great place to be as well. Obvisouly your "extra" things were better than ours - there is no debating that fact. In terms of the price - you get what you pay for; if it is too good to be true - IT IS! If these things were part of your life - believe me you would be "upset about life" as well. Best of luck - I wouldn't wish "my life" on anyone.....

We are talking about the same place right ?? Lived in the front by a cop and car still got broken into .......place was nasty ........maint. came and fixed our broken cabinet drawers in kitchen......the very next day the piece of wood fell off the front when my 4 yr old son tried to open the drawer ........crushed his toe /.........because they didn't nail it together right ........Mgt . could of cared less .......

I hope things work out well for you , but me & my girlfriend will never forget about her vandalized car and the gunman that stood 5ft away from us and shot 4-5 times. Yes it seemed good to us too , but when does Safety and concern by the Staff ( which they never even contacted us after i repeatedly asked --- to have management contact us ) out-way a Good Deal ??? I hope you dont have to go through what we went through , and Yes Staff is Great when your first getting in there , watch and see what haapens after you sign the Lease !!!
