My boyfriend and I moved here back in the end of 07, and this apartment complex has just went bad. People breaking into cars, sending their children to people houses to see who is home or not and breaking into homes while people like my boyfriend I work damn hard for just come in a pick and choose what they want from us. Their management team SUCKS, if i can say that!!! We`ve reported that our street light in front of our building to be replaced, because it is so dark and the trees need to be cut are hanging below on top of the roof. Which by the way is damaging our homes, pests, rodents, termites in the wood. Terrible SOMEONE HELP US!!! BLACK MOLD, Outside were our children play everyday. I advised all parents if they love their children, don`t let them run the streets in Willow Ridge Apartment, cause they could get hit by a car, offered some drugs or run into a fire range in the front of the office.That`s crazy isn`t it!!! Someone PLEASE reinburse us our money, and security cause thats high as hell too. We pay $30 every year in this rat hole for some maintaince fee, that we don`t even recieve..GET YO HAND OUT MT POCKET AND GIVE ME MY MONEY. Can`t wait till my lease up im trying not to hurt my family with their bull!

I completely agree with you.. this place is the WORST! I have pictures of the mold and the water leaking through my ceiling each time it rains. I will be posting my review and pictures asap, as I don't want others to be in the same situation I am.

yeah,good luck getting that deposit back!by law they're supposed to do that 30 days after your move-out.I had to call BBB after I haven't heard from Willow ridge just to get my money!!
