I have been living here for almost 9 months now and would love to renew my lease however I need to move closer to uptown charlotte because of my job.
The complex is very coviently located beside 485 and close to 77.
Everytime something brakes or I need help with an appliance. The workmen are out here the next day if not the same day. The management staff has changed a lot but I've never had any problem with them except they dont know how to return phone calls. You just have to keep calling them over and over again.
But other than that I would recommend Willow Ridge to anyone. There are always kids running around playing, people walking their dogs. There is never any loud noise or violence that I know of.
I have a 2nd floor so the fireplace is def. great to have in the winter time :)

Well I guess they pick and choose the tenants they want to assist. I am very happy for you that you have had an enjoyable experience. I however, loath this complex. Between the mold the broken appliances, I can't stand it. I for one will be moving. Once my lease is up Willow Ridge will not rec another dime of my money!!!!

I think if people expect a nice new apartment for an older apartment price, they're going to be disappointed with everything. I like Willow because there are lots of trees, it's in a good location, there is more than one pool (not the norm!) and the staff isn't cold and corporate. You have to take this site with a grain of salt, but this is my two cents. And mold and broken appliances? Are you letting people in to FIX the problems, or are you just complaining and complaining?!?!

I've been here since May 2008 and just renewed my lease again. The staff are very friendly and I've never had any problems with them not fixing anything that I need the to. Its a very quiet apartment complex and would recommend to anyone.
