There are police constantly in and out of here. The grounds keepers never cut the grass, pools are nasty and maintenance sucks.

You moved in in 2005 yet you continue to stay, considering how bad it is. Whatever. I doubt you signed a 4-5 year lease. Considering what I pay, I see no room to complain.

I don't see any room to complain either. It's not bad here at all- especially for the great price and location. An apartment is an apartment and won't ever be completely perfect in every way. You won't live there forever, but it's great for a few yrs. I'm really happy.
