Don't take this the wrong way but the only people that live there are ghetto black folk, --------, and poor college students. They stand outside doing nothing all day. Plus when you move in it's like you sounded the alarm. All of a sudden everybody is outside to see what you got. The only time the main manager is nice to you is around the first of the month. Three people work in the office but you can never find one there and then they have the nerve to post a sign that says when they will be back! They say they have security. I have lived there for just 8 months and there have been 5 robberies! One of which happened to me! On a good note the maintenance is quite punctual but you will be in the office every month for the same maintenance problems. If your going to live here...get insurance and the best alarm system you can find for your house and your car.
