I agree with the first review. I must say though that as I look at the dates of these reviews, since the "DO NOT LIVE HERE!" review crime went down a bit. I have not had one of those iggnant, yes iggnant flyers they hand out when someone is robbed. Let me give you the facts:

I have lived here a year and a half.

"Good"
1.Crime has been down in the past 6 months.
2.They fix what you ask for on time.
3.There is ample parking.
4.For the price you get alot of space but it's not the Ritz Carlton.
5.There are alot of --------Americans and --------- but so what.
6.Extermination which is wonderful. (Not one roach yet! (that's the truth; and they say everywhere has roaches.)
7. I have never been scared to come home late or leave early in the dark. (maybe that's just me though)

"Bad"
1.When I first moved here there were gun shots and groups hanging out in the parking lot late at night. (not anymore)
2.There was one robbery almost every month.(not anymore)
3.The "security" is a complimentary cop. (they come every now and then)
4."All neigborhoods go through phases" but this one's was long. Nobody cares about what happens to people on the news; they just don't want it to happen to them so to comment on the other review, it is a problem of "Windsor Harbor Apts!"
5.The Saturday meeting in my opinion was too little to late. (Management realized they were going to loose customers)
6. The apartments have poor construction.
Ex.
The model home is nothing like the real thing. Everything creeks. You can't clean like you want to because the painted bathtubs and counter tops might chip and peal. They have no ceiling lights in the bedrooms so if you don't have about four good lamps you will always be in dim light at night. Floor tiles are a little stained and craked. Your light bill will be off the chains due to poor insulation. (Don't belive me' When you go look at a model on a cold or windy day, close the front door and put your hand at the foot of the door or along the side nooks. You will feel the draft.
7. In the summer you can expect rolly pollies, spiders, and slugs. (but no roaches! lol)

You do the math for your-self.
