I think that some opinions about the management and office staff are one sided. People have a tendency to blame the manager for everything, but if they were to ever sit down and try to get to know them, then maybe they would understand that they all have alot to do & that they try to do their best. Tehy do not own Windsor Harbor & have a limited amount of power no matter what anyone says. Most of the people that have a problem with the office staff do NOT follow the rules of the community or have problems paying their rent and are in the process of being evicted. The maintenance technicians do make it bad for the office, because they end up being responsible for the work that they do whether it be good or bad. The next time you really want a clear picture of what really goes on in the office or community at Windsor Harbor, please make sure that you are a proactive participant in making the community a desirable place to live by being a quiet neighbor that makes sure that they are always doing what is right for the betterment of the area!
