MAINTANCE IS HORRIBLE!!!

I am a new tenant there warning you to stay out. My apartment was not ready when they said it was going to be. When I moved in on the December 1st I gave them a list of maintance items that should have been done before I moved in they still are not completed almost two months later. I have notified them several times by phone and in writing. I have even notified Alliance Property Management only to be ignored.
