Not horrible, good place some work but good place

I moved in about two months ago and its not a horrible place. There is no gang graffiti, at least not where I live. The staff is extremely nice and maintenance is incredibly fast when you put in a service ticket. The price is right and you get what you pay for. The apartment is good, there are a few things I would change but I feel safe in it, maybe because I have a gun in every room or maybe because my neighbors are nice and people keep to themselves, I will let you decided. All in all it is a good apartment and in an OK neighborhood, not ghetto, but not the greatest. Again the staff is extremely nice and helpful!
