Not worth the $$$$ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Things I like about Winterwood: -Close to uptown (north 9 miles) -Close to pineville (south 3 miles) -Quiet (good walls - can't hear neighbors) Things I don't like about Winterwood: -The place is starting to look like the ghetto. -Lots of young boys/men hanging out, blasting car stereos & drinking in the parking lot. -Kids unsupervised running about damaging property. -You better have renter's insurance because there have been 3 reported break-ins. -You also better have your own washer & dryer because only 3 of the 6 dryers have been adequately working during the past year. -They increased my rent. -Started charging for water. -Definitely not a place for a single female. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
