Horrible Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I am currently living here and have plans to end my lease agreement around the first of the year. Have been at the complex for more than 3 years and have seen so much change. Constant turnover in management, loitering, noisy, things always breaking down, security issues, you name it, it has happened. They make so many mistakes when it comes to collecting your rent money. I have had them mistakenly code my rent payment to another residents on three separate occassions. I was staying here because of their rent to own program with Beazer Homes, but it simply is not work it.
