live here if you don't want to keep your car From: monlyba Date posted: 8/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   my brother and his roommate lived here for about 3 or 4 months and in that short time, my brother's car was stolen not once but twice from the apartment parking lot, AND his roommate's car was stolen once. understandably, they wanted to move asap and the mgmnt gave them a hard time about breaking their lease, but eventually saw their perspective and let them out of it. it was all so much drama and headache for everyone involved. all of east Charlotte isn't that great, but there are plenty of other apartments even within a mile that are much safer and you won't have the cops retrieving your car for you every few weeks!
