I lived at the Woodlands from June 2004-November 2004. This was a major mistake. I should have visited the place at night before I put down a deposit. I had a one bedroom, which was very spacious but my kitchen and bathroom floor had a major dents in it and the office staff lady couldn't do a ---- thing about it. They tried to clean the carpets and didn't do a good job with that so there was stains. I remember one time I was walking to my car and a crackhead asked me to buy a TV from him!! No joke!! After that I knew I had to leave. I was only there for 6 months and the only reason how I got out of my lease so early was because the leasing agent forgot to put a move out date on my application so I was not penalized AND I got my deposit back. Another thing that happened was my neighbor was leaning on the wooden railing on the second floor and the railing broke and he fell on his back!! It was so horrifying to see that. I hope he sued the place.

Don't even think about living here. You will regret it!!
