Don't rely on the property manager to keep her promises From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The property manager is very indecisive about anything she does. She will promise something will be done or get fixed and it never does. In my mind she is the most unreliable person in the community. I know she is at the mercy of the corporate office but she does have some say on what is important, and to me fixing the amenities so we can use them is number one. The clubhouse is STILL not able to be used, after two years of the complex being here, and the gym door sometimes works, other times it's just open so ANYONE can walk in. There have been some car break ins, but they like to keep quiet about that, and never put up notices about them. I know break ins are part of life, but it would be nice to know that they happened so we are on the lookout and not just hearing about them through our neighbors.
