I have lived at York Ridge since 2004. The reason I have lived here so long is how nice the maintenance and office staff are. They really care about you as a person. They know the residents by name and I like the neighborly feeling at York Ridge. Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. The apartments are kept up and so is the property. They are always adding to the amenities or replacing worn out equipment.
My only utility bill is electric and it has always been unusually low. The apartments are nice and spacious with huge closets. I have been a resident at newer apartments but I find York Ridge is more concerned about my needs and I like the warmth at this property. I love living here and intend to stay for along time.
