Love it Here and Just Renewed with an Increase

Ok. I don't know what is going on with the last 2 reviews. I have lived here for a year now and just renewed with a $75 increase and with that being said they are still cheaper than any of apts. in this area. I knew when I moved in that my rent would go up, which is fine with me because I can see they are putting the money back into the property. I was living at Whitehall Estates before I moved here and let me tell you I never saw changes there. I have never had a problem with maintenance here. Believe me, other places don't even care to fix stuff, atleast here you know they care. I was in the office just the other day paying my rent and the ladies in there mention that they were getting a patrol service for the few car breakins that have happened recently. Maybe you should go in the office and talk to them before you start saying negative things about York Ridge. All the staff here is great and always call me back with my concerns. The last place I lived would never call me back. I work for CMS and tell all the new teachers about York Ridge. And the pool parties are so much fun. Like I said before, this is a great place to rent from. Remember, there is always two sides to every stories that you hear.
