Affordable comes with a Price-Security

This place desperately needs a Gate. South Tryon and SouthWest Charlotte in particular are not the safest areas in Charlotte. One only needs to read
the Charlotte Observor Newspaper to know the crime rate has skyrocketed in this part of Charlotte. The Charlotte Police are trying to address the problem, however they admit they don't have enough officers for the Large Area they patrol. And with
all the new homes still being built, don't look for things to get any better.
This apartment complex was built in the early 90's, so at 15 years old and then
some, you're going to get what affordability buys. There are several newer complexes
in the general vicinity. Hope this helps! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

When comments are made like this you beging to wonder, however, this person made no examples of what has happened to them and on top of that it shows they lived here in 2005-2006 that was two years ago. Go to CMPD.org and veiw the crime stats for your self. I have no clue who this is or i would try and find out exactly what happened but everyone chooses to be anonymous. So sorry i couldn't give you guys better details but everyone knows that Charlotte is a growning city and nowhere is going to be 100% safe but i tell you from first hand experience i live in the area and have no problem walking my dog at night with my 3 year old alone. My name is Catrina part of the office staff here come see me and i will help you to make your decision.
