My husband and I lived there for a year and 3 months.

Our air conditioning broke about 2-4 times each of the 2 summer we were there and its pretty inconvenient when its 11pm and you can't get in touch with someone to come fix it, and after they fix it, it breaks again a week later.

We also found a bullet outside our apartment on the ground and brought it to the rental office. The response we got from Katrina was 'hopefully someone was just loading their gun'. I have never heard such a dumb response to anything in my life. They obviously don't take security and their residents safety to heart.

Now that I no longer live there (for 7 months now) I am still having trouble. A package was sent there by mistake through UPS on a Friday. I called that following Monday and in those 3 days they managed to lose my package. The only response I got regarding it was "sorryyyy".

I could hear my neighbor blastin music through the walls at 1AM so that was also annoying.

It was much better run when Regina was there so I am sorry for anyone who has to live there now.

The mantinence staff at least keeps it looking nice. So that's a plus.
