I moved into York Ridge in February of 2008.

I have to say that I've only had one problem which was water flowing into my patio.

That was somewhat remedied.

Aside from that, the staff is very attentive.

I love the fact that they do things like serve tenants breakfast, have Halloween parties for the kids, they gave us a complimentary professionally taken 8 X 10 picture for the holidays and even offered free gift wrapping for Christmas.

I have heard people complain about car break-ins, however, I have a car alarm as all should and feel very safe inside the home and out.

It is so quite that when talking on your patio/balcony your conversation will be heard! Tenants should take note of this! Lol! The grounds are very well kept and the maintenance staff is phenomenal.

The office staff even follows up to ensure that all work performed was to your satisfaction.

My two teenage boys love it and are adamant about not moving until they are out of high school! :) Kudos to you York Ridge! A basketball Court or hoop would be nice for the older boys, but I can live without it.
