Satisfied Was recently transferred to Charlotte and had to find a plce quickly. I looked at 6 different apartment complexes and Courtney Oaks ( Candace ) was a step above. The staff is great and the apartment was nice and was happy that they have garages, what a space saver!

Many Problems w/ University Walk My son's apt had severe water damage from a roof leak. The leak starrted before they moved in and the management knew about it. After many calls to maint. the leak was fixed 4 months later. Mold was in the walls and carpet. Other issues are cars being broken
