I lived there for 2 years. All was well, rent was reasonable. Construction of the units are very good and insulation is good as well. Most winter times we didn't even have the heater running. Upon moving out we were hit for a huge fee for stains on the carpets. I consider it normal wear and tear. If you have a dining room that's carpeted you will have spills. That was one stain, there was another stain in the bedroom that was a ring from paint from before we even moved in. The other stains were where the computers sat on the floor. So a normal vacuum wouldn't pick that up. They have to really clean the carpets anyways, yet they charge you to do so if they can. If you don't pay, they ruin your credit. When we moved out we moved into another apartment before hand and when we went to turn in the keys all the lights were turned on, the toilet was running, and an amelia village newsletter was on our counter meaning someone from amelia village went into our apartment turned on lights and used the bathroom so we were hit with a larger electric bill and water bill.
In short good place to live but don't leave expecting a warm or cheap send off.
