My wife and I have lived at Parkside for almost 3 years, although there have been a few issues the staff and management company have worked quickly to address these issues. The community is family friendly as well as pleasing to the "single" residents. Maintenance has had some issues since we have been here but it seems that management has finally got that on track. The apartments are pretty well built and like most places that have been standing for a few years things tend to break. HOWEVER maintenance is just about always on top of things. So for the price I would definately recommend this complex!! Friendly staff, great location reasonable rates!
