Parkside Village

We have new Management and the office seems to be closed all the time. During the week, the office closes at 5:00 PM. On Saturdays, before 5:00.

I work till 5:00PM and for the past two weeks I have been trying to pick up my mail and the office is never opened. I have also tried coming in at 9:00 am and there is no one there to help me. The office hours are from 9:00 to 6:00 but there is no one in the office to help me.

The noise level is terrible. In the master bedroom and bathroom you can hear your neighbor's conversation. You have to turn on the fan in the bathroom to drown them out.

Maintenance takes their time to fix the problem in your apartment and if they fix the problem it's not usually fixed the first time. Maintenance does not speak good English and I'm not even sure if they understand me when I talk to them.

I would not reccommend this to anyone that wants customer service or a light sleeper.
