I have been happy at Parkside this past year up until recently. They did a change of management, apparently upper management feels they did a good thing......boy were they wrong. My lease is up in April and a letter went out with the offer of one month free rent, a free carpet cleaning or apartment paint if you renew. However if you take one of the "offers" there is an increase in your rent. Now how is that going to make me want to stay'' Needless to say I'm not renewing. The previous office staff gave me great incentives, cheap rent and a family feel when I went in the office, that feeling is long gone. I remember when the Parkside parking lot was slammed packed, now all you see is residents who have been here for a while moving. I don't blame them, the option of doing a three month lease at your regular rental rate was taken away.....They're pretty much bullying people into signing a longer lease! You want to make people stay....offer them REAL INCENTIVES. When we asked about doing a three month lease we were given some nonsense about having to pay about $75 more than their "market" price. Why pay $975 a month for an apartment when you can get a house for less than that!! Yeah please let me stay. I want to thank the previous "down to earth" staff and say a sarcastic "yeah, good luck" to the new woman!

Do you really think the office staff controls prices? You are off your rocker! As per you comment about people moving out...this area is building up so fast and a lot of people are buying homes. If you are unhappy by all means leave!
