I have lived at Parkside for quite a while and have to say things have really changed. 1. The office staff does control the prices for rent. 2. You can clean your lint filter as many times as you want it's still going to take forever for your clothes to dry. 3. I give the new manager credit for working so hard ON HER OWN but have found the disloyalty to the previous manager repulsive! Parkside is a small community and residents do talk to one another. For whatever reason staff changes were made and we have to deal with it, we don't have to like it. That is why I have moved and if you pick up a paper and take a look you CAN find a HOUSE cheaper than what a 3 bedroom goes for here at Parkside. And as far as the noise....whoever says they can't hear their upstairs neighbors must not have been home when their neighbors were. I have lived in a 2 bedroom and I know for a FACT that there is no soundproofing in the apartments! So people do some research before you "run your mouth" Thanks! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
