This has got to be one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I have no complaints about the office or the management. They are very nice people. It's the community itself. The people here are absolute scum. There alot of inconsiderate people that live here too. Look at it this way... a 3 bedroom apartment occupied by 9 --------. That's no exaggeration. Dogs everywhere that crap everywhere and their owners do not clean up after them.

I have some very close friends that live here too and I can tell you... they feel the same way. They live in a building with all -------- and they seem to be awake and making noise 24 hours a day. It's not their fault though... When i'm in the toilet, I can hear my neighbors peeing. That's how thin the walls are.

AC units constantly run and the electric bill is huge. Washer Dryer in the unit sucks badly. I have to run two cycles to dry my clothes completely.

Honestly... there isn't much to choose from out here in clayton, so you shouldn't expect much. I hope to be moving by January 2007 since I'm building a house.

I can honestly say you're not lying about the noise in the 3 bedroom we have the same problem and as for some of the tenants they have no respect for others. Can't wait to move, when we first moved here it was fine until it got filled up with scums of the earth. the dog situation people do not clean up after their pets, which is foul.
