the aprtment looks nice but that is about as far as it goes. the trash compactor is alaways over flowing with garbage and has contributed to the horrible fly problem experienced by tennants. i have to continuously watch my step when walking my dog because of the land mines left by other irresponsible pet owners. this cannot all be blamed on the pet owners however, there are not proper doggie bags nor waste disposals located throughout the facility. the apartments are extremely overpriced to be located outside of downtown clayton, seriously who wants to pay "big city" prices without the "big city". i feel that the new management company that has recently taken over the complex, is either inadequately trained, laxy, or just plain does not care about the condition of the complex. one thing is for certain, when my lease is up, i definitely will be leaving and not looking back. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

The answer is they are lazy and rude. They don't care. It is only a money making job. Too high and not worth the money you pay. They also raise the rent when you lease runs out. The might raise it by $75 or $100. They don't care.
