I would not recommend parkside to anyone!! Some of the ammentites are roaches, dog feces in the yard, trash compactor overflowing and car alarms ringing day and night. The business center is 1 outdate and very slow computer, while the fitness center is three pieces of small equipment. Notice of repairs and bug spraying come less than 24hrs in advance, hey thanks for the warning. All of this and the rent is going up!!!

The manager of the property is part of the problem not the solution. She is rude and condesending when you take a problem to her. The fact that she may have to actually do her job seems to be a big inconvience to her. The only pleasent side to going to the office is the other woman that worksup front tries to help you out and listens to what you have to say.

This person was right by getting out when they could. The notice is less than 24 hrs. When I decided that we had no where to go and had to stay a little longer they raised my rent by $75. No reason and no change in my apartment. Unless it got bigger with out me knowing. The lady in the front still works here and is very rude. She has worked here since April and I HATE going up there and seeing her. The other lady in the office is nice. She listens to you while the other one trys to call you a liar because she does not agree with any problems that the residents here have.
