This has to be the worst place in Clayton to live. First the management staff are very rude and never want to listen when there is a problem. But they are the first to write out a warning for money. They dont police the property since there are dog feces eveywhere and we wont even talk about the trash. Parking is a joke. You would be lucky to even find a place to park near your building.

I agree with you. The manager is so rude, she loves to over talk you and she acts as if you don't know what your talking about. The asst manager, tries to be rude also. They do love to put notice on your door for everything but to get something repair, they take forever. Parking on the side where I live is impossible. It's like people who don't live there park there. They need to breakdown those garage and make more parking if they don't have enough parking for the residence or do assign parking. The people there us the garage as an outside apartment, some have a bunch of junk in it. The garbage is always stink, the flies around it is horrible. I keep my apartment clean as possible.I'm tired of coming home and can't find a decent park.

Thank you for saying that. She is very rude. She does over talk everything you say and then she calls you a liar because she doesn't see it from another angle. If the office is slack then it is ok but if you are late just a little they are quite to hand out fees.
