Beautiful place to live

I am very upset with what residents are saying about Parkside village I have lived here for 5 years.
And yes there is new management because the old company sold. The property looks great. The new management has done a great job. The old company had let the property go. And JMG Realty is doing a wonderful job. Also I have learned that some residents that don t get there way, Will come on this web site a vent witch I feel is wrong and most of the time they are dishonest. Everybody has to do there job and follow policy.
Management staff is very nice and helpful. I could live where ever I want but I really enjoy Parkside Village. I just want to say thank you for all your hard work. It s really hard these days to please everybody. So yes this is a GREAT Place to live.

We both agree with the other response. The management is not doing their job. They are hardly ever there when they are supposed to be. They don't respond to resident complaints about other tenants. You have to take matters into your own hands...isn't that what management is for??? They have no respect for us and understanding that this is our home and we would like it to feel that way.

I am glad that you have a reponse to what some people have said. My apartment on the other hand has had many problems and I feel that I have to disagree. The manager in the office is not a people person and it has nothing to do with getting my way. When you have a company that has no communication with the residents then that is a problem. They are caring more about pool furinture then the residents. I feel that the old management did have their problems but I feel that it was the high light of this community. The best thing about the OLD management was that they gave you chances to win money off of your rent for the next month or they gave you another prize that was good. They made you feel welcomed which is the opposite of what the NEW company is doing.

I def. agree that the biggest problem with this community is the management. THe property manager barks at you instead of talking you. She is rude and disrespectful. Its amazing that she is in customer service. She is def. not a people person.

she rude, nasty and a liar. I love my apartment, but I don't like the manager at all. She has a nasty attitude, she smells like smoke, always smoking by the pool.
