Management is Rude, Inconsiderate, Not very helpful when there is a problem, Demeaning to everyone she talks to, and refuses to listen to anything when you are trying to talk to her. She shouldnt be a manager of a public restroom, never mind her trying to manage an apartmnet complex. I can honestly say that I have never met a more incompetent person in my life, a complete moron.
Noise is horrible, You can hear your neighbor:
-Using the bathroom
-Takeing a shower
-Talking
-Pretty much anything else you can think of
They do not like children playing outside, they let the animals go all over the grounds and never say anything to people.
You can hear everything from below your apartment and beside your apartment and the neighbors are constantly complaining that they can hear you, even if you are doing nothing more than walking to the kitchen. You can hear everything and they can hear everything, we even had the blonde witch downstairs call the cops while we were trying to be intimate one day!!! It really is that bad, either that or she just couldnt get it and got mad at us cause we were.
I would NOT recomment this place to my worste enemy, the neighbors are mostly stuck up snobs on the first floors that do nothing but complain about everybody and run around and gossip about everyone else.
Washer and dryer are USELESS!!!!! Do not work at all, multiple runs through the dryer even if it's jsut one artical of clothes!

The manager is a -----. She rude, inconsiderate, she looks like a BIT BULL. She is nasty, loud and talks to you like your her kid or something. She can't even keep an assistance or her so called assistant manager. This is her third assistance since she start manageing the place. Everyone quits on her becuase of her attitude. I cannot stand her, if JMG Reality thinks she a good representation for their company, there sadly mistaken. I heard a tenant that moved out start a petition to get her fired. Everyone is saying the samething about this manager, why don't JMG Reality see it. She's mean, loves to talk over you and at you, she don't listen to a word you have to say and always wants to get her point across. I betting this new so call assistance manager only last about 4 months. The last one was here for about 4 months and couldn't stand her or the way she was running the office. She always trying to find a way around fixing or replacing things in the apartments. JMG really needs to replace her.
