very happy I have lived here for a 4 years and have been very happy. I move here from Florida and wasn't sure if I would like it in Clayton, but Sherry made me feel like this was the place to be. The girls in the office are very helpful and maintenance as well. I would highly recommend

Good place to live I have lived here for a couple of years and have not had the trouble the other person was talking about. The grass (of what there is) is pretty bad but with the weather (drought)we have had the last few years it is to be expected. The size of the apartment is just right for me

be aware!!!!!! unfortunately i had to rent here for 6 months while building my dream home. it was the worst 6 months of my life. management doesnt really care what goes on and from what i hear they dont even dare live here! for what you pay, you would expect alot better. i would not recommend
