Use to be a good place to live but not anymore - I moved into Amelia Village back in 2006 and I was at first extremely pleased. The staff was friendly and the place had good tenents. very happy I have lived here for a 4 years and have been very happy. I move here from Florida and wasn't sure if I would like it in Clayton, but Sherry made me feel like this was the place to be. The girls in the office are very helpful and maintenance as well. I would highly recommend

be aware!!!!!! unfortunately i had to rent here for 6 months while building my dream home. it was the worst 6 months of my life. management doesnt really care what goes on and from what i hear they dont even dare live here! for what you pay, you would expect alot better. i would not recommend
