This has been the worst apartment experience in my life... THE ONLY REASON I AM STILL HERE IS BECAUSE I AM SAVING FOR A HOME AND CAN'T AFFORD TO BATTLE OVER BREAKING THE LEASE... HOWEVER, THIS MAY CHANGE...
I am writing this review to prevent some poor family from moving into these apartments. I didn't have time to change places when I finally got around to reading the reviews... hopefully you will believe every complaint you read.. I have read them and agree with ALL OF THEM... no need to repeat. THEY ARE POORLY BUILT, MAINTAINANCE IS A JOKE, GROUNDS ARE FILTHY, TRASH COMPACTOR ALWAYS OVERFLOWS, YOU HEAR EVERYTHING DUE TO PAPER THIN WALLS, THERE IS MOLD, AND THE STAFF LEAVE MUCH TO BE DESIRED!
THAT SAID... CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

When my husband and i moved in, we thought it was the perfect place BUT we were wrong.NEVER CALL THE OFFICE IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED,the maintenance here is the worst, we have had better in the getto. The apartment is too small for the price. I have had problems with my water bill being too high but no one cared and after calling and complaning about twenty times or more and i never got a response i stopped bothering and continued to pay a high water bill(i live in a one bedroom and bathe twice a day and wash once a week and my water bill every month is almost fifty dollars). Any one who has lived here would tell you that you have to remember to change your own air filter or else it will not get done.

I have to agree with this person. My water bill was always over $40. My water bill wasn't that much in my house when I use to wash my cars each week. Plus the bill is monthly and in my house it was bi-monthly for less...crazy! They use a third party water company and then charge whatever they want too. The place I moved into includes the water in the rent since usually it's the cheapest utility anyway....
