Hampton Corners is heading down hill.

Hampton Corners was about the nicest apartment complex in the Clemmons area. It is getting progressively worst. My husband and I would move too but we are trying to save for a house and we can't afford to move yet. We haven't really had any maintenance issues but there have been several others issues. If you call the management about an issue with parking, noisy neighbours or neighbours pets don't except them to do anything. There is one neighbour with like seven cars, trucks and trailers. They usually take up two parking spots per vehicle or they just park in the main road that runs through the place. The kids play in the road and not on play ground. I have actually seen someone us the handicap railings that run along the walkway at the building across from us to dry their cloths. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbour's conversations especially when they are all out in the common areas smoking or standing in the parking lot right outside your apartment. There are several people that doesn't know there is a leash law and they don't have the common courtesy to walk there dogs farther then two feet from the walkway, where all the grass is dead because of the urine and piles of poop. The trash compactor is always overflowing because there is only one for the whole complex. So you might want to think twice before considering Hampton Corners your corner of the world.
